The Wisconsin Library Association Foundation is pleased to announce the availability of several scholarships for library professionals to attend workshops, conference sessions or other library continuing education programs. A scholarship is a great way to fund conference attendance or help finance a master's degree.

The WLA Foundation focuses on two areas:

•Annual scholarships for library education (approximately $950 - $1600)
•Continuing education for WLA members and prospective students (approximately $800- $900)

The WLA Foundation's goal is to encourage lifetime learning, conference participation and professional development. Applications are due July 18, 2016; the eligibility requirements and online forms are available at http://wla.wisconsinlibraries.org/awards-scholarships/scholarships/scholarships-grants. Awards will be announced by August 1.
