On behalf of WLA and the 2018 Conference Committee, we are pleased to welcome all of our exhibitors to the La Crosse Center South Hall. 

Below you will find the information needed to order any extra furniture, carpet, equipment or technology.

The La Crosse Center is responsible for setting up the Exhibit Hall; we are carpeting the Exhibit Hall. The Center offers free WiFi throughout the facility. Please note that signage will not be available if you did not request it on your exhibit contract; if you would like signage, please email your request by September 28.

La Crosse Center's Equipment Rental Form 

Your 8'x10' booth package includes: one skirted 8' table, two padded chairs, back and side pipe and drape, and one 110V electrical outlet.

Set-up, show and tear down hours are as follows:

Exhibitor Move In:
Tuesday, October 23, 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 24, 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Show Hours:
Wednesday, October 24, 10:00 a.m.
Thursday, October 25, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 pm.

Exhibitor Move Out:
Thursday, October 25, 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Meal and Social Event Registration Form

For-profit vendors: please use the Exhibitor Meal Registration form to indicate whether one or two exhibit representatives (at no cost) will take advantage of the Sandwich Board Buffets both Wednesday and Thursday as well as any other social or meal functions you wish to attend. If more than two exhibit representatives plan to staff your booth and want to take advantage of the Buffet, please submit payment for the additional number of representatives.

Non-profit vendors: please use the Exhibitor Nonprofit Meal Registration form to order any meals, including the buffets on Wednesday and Thursday in the Exhibit Hall. The lunch buffets in the Event Center are not included in the nonprofit booth price.

Your company description, if provided, and booth number(s) can also be found on the conference website under Directory of Exhibitors, listed in numeric/alpha order. If any of the information is incorrect, please email your corrections by September 28.

The Exhibit Hall will open Wednesday, October 26, at 10:00 a.m. with a no-conflict time until 10:45 a.m. During this time, we hope you’ll help generate some excitement by offering give-aways to those who stop by during the no-conflict periods. The second no-conflict time will be from 3:30 - 4:15 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, with a repeat of the same times on Thursday.

On Tuesday, October 23, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., join us for the WLA President's Welcome Reception in the Radisson Hotel Ballroom Foyer. There will be live music by Under Paris Skies (gypsy jazz), hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar…take some time to meet and greet your colleagues and our conference early birds.

There are other meals and social functions available as listed in the registration forms provided above.

Dear WLA Partners,

We invite you to join us for an outstanding WLA conference at the Radisson Hotel La Crosse and La Crosse Center South Hall, October 23-26, 2018, with exhibit days being October 24-25.

Excite.Invite.Ignite. That's the theme for the 2018 Wisconsin Library Association Annual Conference. Our focus is on helping libraries connect to their communities, creating innovative spaces, and using and re-using resources in new and exciting ways.

This year’s conference promises to offer a multitude of great programs and social events, all in an environment meant to engage everyone attending. There are several events planned for the Exhibit Hall, including the Makerspace, Career Center, the ever-popular WLA Foundation Silent Auction, and, for the second year, the Indie Author Garden. As always, there will be two no-conflict breaks each day, providing opportunities spend time with attendees of the library community.

Below is the information you need to enable you to fully participate in this year's conference. Booth space will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The floor plan will be updated as contracts are received in the WLA office and spaces sold will be highlighted in yellow; an updated floor plan will be posted on the exhibitor web page as changes are made.

Indie Author and Program Garden: smaller booths at a smaller price
2018 Wisconsin Library Association Annual Conference Exhibit Hall 
Radisson La Crosse and La Crosse Center South - Lower Level
October 24-26, 2018

Excite.Ignite.Invite. That's our message for the 2018 Wisconsin Library Association Annual Conference. We’ll be focusing on helping library professionals find that first, second, third or fourth wind that will really help them supercharge their library and its role in the community. 
Last year, we offered small presses, independently published authors and individuals who provide library programs the opportunity to participate in our exhibit hall by sharing an 8’ table at a reduced cost.

It was a great experience for everyone involved so we are offering the same space again at this year’s Indie Garden for the same price. For $100 per day, you get: 
•    skirted table space—4’ x 30” 
•    An easel for displays 
•    Access to hundreds of library professionals who love what you do! 
There are three choices, depending on whether you want to stay for one day or both. 
•    skirted table space—4’ x 30” @ $100 for October 24
•    skirted table space—4’ x 30” @ $100 for October 25
•    skirted table space—4’ x 30” @ $200 for October 24-25

(Please note: there will not be any walls to hang marketing materials and we can’t accommodate large free-standing displays.)
