Exhibitors — Valley Expo & Displays is the official general service provider for our conference.  Please use the Service Kit for any additional equipment and/or services you may need.  

In addition, we ask that you use the Exhibitor Meal Registration Form to indicate the number of exhibit representatives that will take advantage of the Sandwich Buffet (up to two people both Wednesday and Thursday) as well as any other social or meal functions you wish to attend.

We ask nonprofit organization to use this Exhibitor Meal Registration Form to order any meal choices, including the Sandwich Buffet.

Invitation to Exhibitors, Advertisers and Sponsors:

How would you like all your library customers and prospects in one place at one time?  That would make your sales efforts more efficient and effective, wouldn’t it?  Well, the Wisconsin Library Association (WLA) will bring the library community together at its annual conference from November 2-5, 2010.  Join us at the Kalahari Resort & Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells, and you will have innumerable opportunities to showcase your company and its products and services.

♦      Exhibit Space -- contract and floor plan.  Exhibits will be open Wednesday, November 3, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Thursday, November 4, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  All vendors will be listed in our conference booklet, and door prize contributors will receive special mention.  In addition, we are offering an opportunity to schedule vendor demonstrations during the two days.  If you have a new product you would like to share with more than just a few attendees at a time, this will be an excellent return on your investment at only $50 per 45-minute timeslot; however, these will not coincide with our no-conflict schedule.  If you are interested in scheduling a demo or have any questions, please feel free to contact Faith Steele at faith.steele@marquette.edu">faith.steele@marquette.edu, this year’s Exhibits Chair, or Brigitte Rupp Vacha, WLA Conference Liaison, at ruppvacha@scls.lib.wi.us">ruppvacha@scls.lib.wi.us.

♦      Partnership Opportunities -- contract.  Reinforce your commitment to libraries and increase your visibility outside the exhibit hall by sponsoring specific programs.  Even if you can’t exhibit (though we don’t know why you wouldn’t want to), a program partnership ensures your company’s visibility at this important professional conference.  If you have any questions, please contact Kelley Hinton at kelley.hinton@uwc.edu">kelley.hinton@uwc.edu, this year’s Partnership Chair.

♦      Booklet Advertising -- contract.  Every registered attendee receives a program booklet. It’s a roadmap to the conference and a valuable post-conference resource.  Advertise in the booklet to encourage visits to your booth, as well as follow-up contacts.  This opportunity is also open to companies not exhibiting at this year’s event.  If you have any questions regarding advertising opportunities, contact Katharine Clark at kclark@scls.lib.wi.us">kclark@scls.lib.wi.us, this year’s Advertising Chair.

♦      Vendor Membership -- application.  Join WLA today for discounts on your booth and other great benefits.  Membership offers you year-round opportunities to reach the Library community.
